From there, we will work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible.

We are currently not accepting any returns. It is always the highest priority to keep our team and partners safe, and with the health concerns around consumable goods, like our matcha, returns are not practical at this time. In saying this, if you are ever less than satisfied with your product, please contact us right away and we will work together to make it right - that’s a promise!
